As the Middle East war rages, Israel is marking the one-year anniversary of Hamas’ attacks. Families of Israeli hostages sounded a siren outside Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s home in Jerusalem demanding a ceasefire deal. Gershon Baskin is a peace activist and former hostage negotiator and has been promoting a ceasefire plan he says has already been accepted by some Hamas members. Baskin joins CNN’s Becky Anderson to discuss this proposal.
