In recent days Israel is discussing the possibility of offering Hamas a deal that it cannot refuse, and not waiting for Hamas to offer its own deal, while in the background the head of the Mossad is meeting in Europe with the Prime Minister of Qatar on the subject of starting contacts for a renewed deal.
