In several private meetings that I had with President Abbas, he asked that I deliver the message to Prime Minister Netanyahu that he recognizes that there is incitement in the PA and it is a big problem. He said “I admit it”. I added that the best way to deal with incitement is together – Israel and Palestine – with the assistance of the US. This has been his position for a long time. The first time he brought it up with me was in 2012.
