LIME: An Israeli Palestinian Dialogue group is excited to bring Dr. Gershon Baskin to lecture on the current Israeli-Palestinian Peace Process!

Dr. Baskin is a leading authority on Jewish-Arab relations. He served as Co-director and founder of the Israel/Palestine Center for Research and Information (IPCRI) and was responsible for the back channel negotiations between Israel and Hamas that resulted in the release of abducted Israeli soldier Gilad Schalit as well as Palestinian prisoners.

The lecture will be followed by a Q & A session.

Attending this program counts towards Birthright ‘extra consideration’, if you are signed up for our Taglit-Birthright Israel: Campus Trip for the summer.

Gershon is currently a columnist for the Jerusalem Post (every Tuesday – Encountering Peace) and a host on a weekly radio show (in Hebrew), At the Crossroads.
