Tamara Kramer is a Montrealer who went to Catholic school and then to Bialik High School. First the nuns, then the Yiddishists! She has a degree in comparative religion and in journalism. Tamara is the creator and host of Shtetl on the Shortwave, a quirky radio show about alternative Jewish arts and culture based in Montreal and the editor of Shtetl Magazine.
